Many manufacturing companies need custom made switch panels manufactured to fit over their machinery. They can be made from plastic, brass, aluminium and all types of steel, including stainless. We can manufacture the entire panel flat including supplying of material, all cut outs, engraving and paint filling. Or we can engrave into your supplied material - whether they be laser cut plates or a door / fixed panel from the machine itself.
Where possible we prefer to engrave onto natural material before it is powder coated. Sometimes when engraving onto powder coated plates, the coating can chip off, especially inside the letters like 'a' and 'e'.

We also manufacture stencils. We recommend aluminium as it is a hardy material, but we can also make them out of plastic.
